Currently we're building a couple of unit townhouses for guest house, or homestay, or even for long stay. True, bit far from shopping area, but near to Dago Pakar area, which filled with great cafe and restaurants, coffee houses, boutique hotel, art galleries... fantastic view of the whole city of Bandung at night.
Each unit house will have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, mini kitchen and a living room. Affordable rate. Homy style houses. And definitely great view. The pic above is from second floor we currently constructing right now.
